Senior Technology Executive and Digital Product Leader

Jared Mabry is Chief Information Officer for Nashville, Tennessee-based D4C Dental Brands. Jared oversees the strategy and execution for D4C's information technology, digital, and security programs. With a focus on designing, building, and implementing highly resilient cloud-based infrastructure and digital platforms with the goal of driving an unparalleled patient and caregiver experience across D4C's nationwide network of dental practices.

Prior to joining D4C Dental Brands, Jared spent 18 years with HCA Healthcare, serving in multiple senior leadership roles. Most recently as Vice President, Digital Patient Experience, Jared oversaw the strategy and execution for HCA’s digital patient journey. With a focus on designing, building, and implementing patient facing, human-centric digital products with an aim to create a seamless patient journey across HCA's global health system. Through the adoption of scaled agile and a product management mindset, as well as a relentless desire to keep the patient at the center of every stage of the process, the Digital Patient Experience team was able to create unique product experiences that served over 35 million patients a year.

Before leading the digital patient experience organization, Jared was Chief Information Officer for London, England based HCA Healthcare UK. Mr. Mabry oversaw the strategic IT direction of the organization and focused on leveraging disruptive innovations to provide competitive, technology-enabled, patient-centric solutions to physicians, caregivers, hospitals and free-standing surgery centers spanning across the United Kingdom. During his five years with HCA Healthcare UK, the organization transitioned to being cloud first, partnering with both Microsoft and Google to enable the company's infrastructure and big data transformation. Alongside a large ERP transition to Workday, a CRM implementation of Microsoft Dynamics, and a global migration to Microsoft 365, HCA Healthcare UK transformed the way they were able to use data, analytics, and real-time collaboration tools to make a positive difference for all patients and colleagues.

Over his career with HCA Healthcare, Jared has served in many other leadership roles, including served Chief Information Officer of the MidAmerica Division, Director of IT Operations, Director of Technical Services, and Senior IT Director in HCA’s Capital Division.

Mr. Mabry earned his Master’s degree in Information Technology Management from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Western Carolina University.
